Compensation: Base Salary $50,000 with $100,000 OTE

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a full cycle sales role with the ideal candidate responsible for 40% of the pipeline they source. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a pipeline of leads while working with the leads provided by the marketing team
  • Build relationships in the channel with partners and MSPs
  • Earn commitments from MSP leaders and pass to our Community Manager after close
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow the proven sales process and track all activity in the CRM
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Meet and exceed annual sales goals
  • Stay on top of industry trends in order to effectively communicate with prospects

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in B2B sales
  • Able to work with a high level of autonomy while also able to effectively communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Familiarity with pipeline management
