Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This is a full cycle sales role with the ideal candidate responsible for 40% of the pipeline they source. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a pipeline of leads while working with the leads provided by the marketing team
- Build relationships in the channel with partners and MSPs
- Earn commitments from MSP leaders and pass to our Community Manager after close
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Follow the proven sales process and track all activity in the CRM
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals
- Stay on top of industry trends in order to effectively communicate with prospects
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in B2B sales
- Able to work with a high level of autonomy while also able to effectively communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service
- Familiarity with pipeline management
